Delivery Policy

Everything MoveDev produces is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment and no shipping charge. This policy sets out how and when work reaches you, what handover contains, and what happens if delivery is delayed.

1. What is delivered

MoveDev supplies services and digital deliverables only: page copy, designs, a built and responsive landing page, configured integrations, and the documentation listed in section 7. Nothing is posted or couriered, no physical medium is supplied, and no shipping or handling charge is ever applied.

Exactly which deliverables your project includes is listed, item by item, in the proposal you accept.

2. How it is delivered

  • Copy — as a shared document for comment, so you can respond inline.
  • Designs — as a shared link showing desktop, tablet and mobile layouts, with a downloadable export on request.
  • The built page — on a staging URL for review, then deployed to your hosting and your domain.
  • Source files and documentation — by secure file transfer, your repository, or your shared drive, as agreed.
  • Credentials and licence lists — through a password manager or another secure channel, never in plain-text email.

Delivery notifications go to the email address of your named project contact. Please keep that address monitored and make sure our domain is not filtered as spam.

3. Delivery times

  • Starter — typically 1 day from the start date.
  • Basic — typically 1 day from the start date.
  • Professional — typically 2 days from the start date.
  • Agency Bundle — typically 2 days from the start date.
  • Changes to an existing page — usually 1 day.

These are the standard schedules. Your proposal states a fixed calendar delivery date, and that date is what governs. Working days exclude weekends and French public holidays.

4. When the delivery clock starts

The schedule starts on the later of: written acceptance of the proposal, receipt of the deposit, and receipt of everything listed as required in section 4 of the Terms of Service — brand assets, any copy or media you are supplying, and the access we need.

We confirm the start date and the delivery date in writing once all three are in place.

5. What causes delay

Two things move a delivery date: our capacity, and your response time. We tell you about the first as soon as we know. The second is usually the larger factor.

  • Feedback or approvals not returned within five business days.
  • Brand assets, copy, images or testimonials arriving late or in unusable form.
  • Access to hosting, CMS, DNS, analytics or marketing platforms not granted when needed.
  • New requirements introduced mid-build — these are quoted and scheduled under section 7 of the Terms of Service.
  • Failures or restrictions at a third-party provider, or an event of force majeure.

Where a delay is attributable to you, the delivery date moves by at least the length of the delay, and we may need to reschedule the remaining work into our next available slot. We always tell you the revised date in writing rather than letting it drift.

6. Review and acceptance

Each deliverable is sent for review with a clear statement of what we need from you. You then have five business days to accept it or to set out any defects in writing, consolidated into a single list.

If we receive no response within five business days, the deliverable is deemed accepted and the project moves to the next stage. Publishing a deliverable, or using it commercially, also constitutes acceptance.

Items raised during review that fall within the agreed scope are corrected as part of the included revision rounds. Items outside scope are quoted before being carried out.

7. What handover contains

  • The live page, deployed to your hosting and domain.
  • Source files: design files, page templates or export, and any custom code written for the project.
  • A list of third-party components in use — fonts, imagery, plugins, platform subscriptions — with their licence terms and renewal responsibilities.
  • Confirmation that accounts and credentials are in your name, and a request that you revoke any temporary access granted to us.
  • A short walkthrough — live or recorded — of how to edit the page, change copy and read the tracking you now have in place.

Ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as set out in section 8 of the Terms of Service.

8. After launch

Defects in what we built — something not working as specified, or not rendering as approved on a current browser — are fixed free of charge for 14 days after launch or handover, whichever is later.

The fix window does not cover new features, changes of mind, content updates, or problems introduced by changes you or a third party make after handover. Those are quoted as new work, or covered by ongoing capacity booked by the sprint.

9. If you have not received something

Check the spam, junk and promotions folders of the project contact's mailbox first, and confirm the address we hold is current. If a delivery notification, staging link or file transfer has not arrived when expected, email contact@movedev.site or call +33 6 47 50 79 74 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET. We re-send within one business day, and by an alternative channel if the first one is being filtered.

Where we are at fault for non-delivery and cannot remedy it, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

10. Costs and taxes

No delivery, shipping or handling charge is applied to any MoveDev service. Prices are quoted in euros; VAT and any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice according to your country and status. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, fonts, stock imagery and platform licences are your responsibility and are either purchased by you directly or billed at cost, as stated in your proposal.
