What do I need to have ready before we start?+
Your offer, your logo and brand colours, and any photography or testimonials you want used. If copy doesn't exist yet, we write it — that's included in every package. If brand assets don't exist, tell us at the briefing call and we'll quote that separately.
Which platform do you build on?+
Usually WordPress with Elementor, or a hand-coded static page where speed matters most. If your team already works in a specific builder or framework, we build there so you can maintain it without us. The platform is named in your proposal.
Who owns the design and the files?+
You do, once the project is paid in full. Ownership of the final deliverables — design files, page templates and custom code written for you — transfers to you at handover. Third-party components such as fonts, stock imagery and plugins remain under their own licences, and those licences are listed at handover.
How many revisions are included?+
Two consolidated rounds: one on the copy and design, one after the build. Additional rounds or changes that alter the agreed scope are quoted before they are carried out, never added to the invoice afterwards.
Do you host the page or handle the domain?+
We deploy to your hosting and your domain, so the accounts stay in your name. If you need hosting set up, we can advise on and configure a provider — that work is quoted separately and the account is registered to you.
What happens after launch?+
Defects in what we built are fixed free of charge for 14 days after launch. Beyond that, you can request changes ad hoc or book ongoing capacity by the sprint. See the Delivery Policy for how delivery and handover work, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.
Do you work with clients outside France?+
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the EU and beyond, in English and French. Invoicing is in euros; VAT treatment depends on your country and status and is stated on the invoice.
